• As a Full Stack Developer Trainee at ShubhDigi, you will work closely with our engineering team to build modern web applications and gain hands-on industry experience. Your responsibilities will include: • Participate in structured training sessions and complete assigned learning modules. • Work on real-world software projects under the guidance of experienced mentors. • Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend technologies. • Build and integrate REST APIs with frontend applications. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. • Collaborate with mentors and team members using Git and GitHub workflows. • Complete daily, weekly, and milestone-based engineering tasks within the given timeline. • Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality based on feedback. • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. • Learn and implement modern development tools, frameworks, and software engineering practices. • Contribute to internal products, client projects, and proof-of-concept applications. • Maintain regular communication with mentors regarding project progress and task completion. • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn throughout the program. • Build a strong portfolio by completing assigned projects and practical assessments.
